Linda trained at the Nora Morrison School of Dancing, Nottingham, from the age of 10. At 16 she continued her training at the Royal Ballet Upper School and the following year she was offered a contract with the Royal Ballet Company, Covent Garden.
During her time with the Company Linda danced a variety of roles in the established repertoire and worked on new productions with many eminent figures in the dance world, including Dame Ninette de Valois, Sir Frederick Ashton, and Sir Kenneth Macmillan.
On retiring from the Royal Ballet, Linda attended the Royal Academy of Dance’s Professional Dancers’ Teachers Course and graduated with Honours.
Linda has since taught at some of the most respected vocational schools in the UK and has undertaken guest teaching engagements around the world. She joined Central School of Ballet in 2005.
